The WPD300 axial plastic laser welding machine is composed of a semiconductor laser, a collimating and focusing welding head, a dual station workbench, a rotating fixture, and a laser plastic welding control system. The system is controlled by an industrial computer, ensuring reliable operation and simple operation. The fixture is installed on the Y-axis of the incoming and outgoing materials, and the operator only needs to install and disassemble the product. This equipment is mainly used for laser welding of small format axial plastic parts. It can be used for laser welding of transparent plastics, and can also be customized and developed according to customer needs.
